Robert is the voice of Corporate Express. Robert has been involved
in the business since 1999. He is our compliance expert and
currently manages a dedicated team of Alex, Pam, Marie and Angus.
Robert has completed the Chartered Secretarial course, a Graduate
Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. This qualification
combined with Robert's existing expertise in corporate compliance
will further the vision of the business as an invaluable resource
to accountants, solicitors, individuals and other businesses.

Pam Nosti
Pam commenced employment with the business in 1990, having a
background in shelf company operations at that time. Pam has
a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate compliance,
secretarial services and ASIC regulations and procedures. In
addition Pam has an ongoing involvement with ASIC's client development
department. |

Alex Lo
Alex joined the Corporate Express team coming from a banking
and finance background and is currently completing a Juris Doctor
postgraduate degree. Alex has been a dedicated team member over
the years, and continues to provide to our clients with quality
service and efficient delivery. |

Marie Dixon
Marie joined Corporate Express as part of our administrative
team and has become an indispensable source of support for the
compliance team. Her previous experience as an executive assistant
in several large corporations, a partner of a small business
and the past 6 years within the accountancy industry has involved
Marie in all aspects of secretarial and office administration.

Cathy Le
Bachelor of Business
Graduate Diploma in IT
Cathy joined the team in 2001 to further Corporate Express's
commitment to being a market leader in providing solutions for
Australia's dynamic corporate compliance environment. Cathy
has developed Cedric, a new desktop software application designed
to assist clients with ordering and managing incorporations
and their corporate compliance obligations. |

Judi White

Judi, a practicing solicitor has been associated with the business
for the last 10 years in providing legal, management and accounting
consultancy services. Judi has worked in the futures industry,
the ASX and the legal profession. Her experience is based in
corporate law, tax, property and small business law. In addition
to being the managing director of Corporate Express, Judi runs
her own legal practice and is an associate member of the National
Institute of Accountants. |

Recently Judi has been instrumental in establishing the first industry
body for company incorporators, the Committee of Business Incorporators
Australia Inc (CBIA Inc).

- If we can't answer your question immediately we will
respond to you within the agreed time
- The details set out in your instructions will be cross-referenced
with the information on our database and any inconsistencies
will be reported to you for verification
- To correct any of our mistakes openly, honestly and
quickly
- Your call will be answered within 3 rings
- For company incorporations, receipt of the ACN within
45 minutes unless, for example, the chosen name is subject
to manual review by ASIC
- Manual lodgments with ASIC and OFT will be made on the
day we receive the instructions (3.30pm cut-off)
- In respect of incorporation orders received before 3.00pm,
the corporate registers will be sent to you that day by
courier, express post or registered mail. If a rubber
seal is requested the corporate register will be sent
to you the following day
