Michael also invited Robert Gordon to present a paper. Robert has had extensive experience in large accountancy and law firms. Since 1992 he has been a member of the NSW Bar Association specialising in tax with a special interest in international tax laws. Robert’s paper focused on the use of family discretionary trust for overseas asset protection and taxation. The seminar was attended by 42 members of the CSLS and was well received by the attendees.
