I can also validate information to make sure minimum ASIC requirements are met - such as: ensuring at least one director is appointed, and that officeholders and members are at least 18 years of age. This means fewer errors. Don’t waste time and money playing phone tag when you can be doing something else.

I am very well organised. I can manage all of your documents. Don’t waste time and money storing, filing, retrieving, printing and sending documents. Let me do it all for you. Send documents to clients at the click of a few buttons. Easily access years old documents with no trouble at all.

I also love to do reports. I can give you instant reports on both companies and people. Have you ever wanted to know all the details on a particular company? How many shares have been issued in a company? What offices a particular person holds? If so, I am your man.

I am also a team player. I work well with other corporate registry programs. I am fluent in the ASIC standard data language. I can both import and export data files which makes me compatible with most other corporate registry programs.
