33. Should the Company adopt a new constitution?

If your proprietary company was incorporated prior to the 11th December, 1995 your company's constitution will not provide for the following:

• a minimum of one Director
• a minimum of one Member
• an exemption from preparing Financials
• an exemption from holding an Annual General Meeting
• the option of adopting a common seal
